The group was formed on 14 February, 1997 by several students at UP Diliman, with original vocalist Reynold Munsayac; he was soon replaced with guitarist Jerry Basco's cousin, Jamir Garcia. Heavily influenced by American East Coast rap, they played in clubs in Manila in the 1990s before signing to EMI Philippines (now PolyEast Records) and releasing their debut album, 4th Degree Burn, in 1999. The group has released five albums and been met with sustained commercial success in the Philippines, particularly with their third album, Project 11-41. They were nominated for Band of the Year at the NU107 Rock Awards in 2001 and 2002, and in 2003 were nominated for Best Artist by MTV Asia. Bassist Lee Nadela was also named Bassist of the Year at the 2001 NU107 Rock Awards. The band also played at the Mapua Metal Fest, a foundation week festival held at the last day of the foundation week inside the Mapua Institute of Technology Intramuros campus

In 2007, Slapshock released their 2nd compilation album, "Recollection", a collection of their greatest hits and their new track, "Sigaw".

2009 - present and new album

Slapshock is doing their 6th album entitled Cariño Brutal.Their first single is "Can't Stop Us Now", the single is available on their myspace.com/slapshockofficialmusic.

Pacquiao is the first boxer in history to win seven world titles in seven different weight divisions. In addition, he is the only boxer to win thelineal championship in four different weight classes. For his achievements, Pacquiao was named the 2000-09 "Fighter of the Decade" by the Boxing Writers Association of America. Aside from being a boxer, Pacquiao has participated in politics, acting, and music recording.

She was the first Asian to play Éponine in the musical Les Misérables on Broadway and was the singing voice of Princess Jasmine fromAladdin (1992) and Mulan for Mulan (1998) and Mulan II (2004)

I was a serious person in Pagadian City and i hate those people who act like who they are like EMO people i don't like that kind of a group of People and sometimes i just go out with my friends to have some FUN like swimming, Playing Guitar, Computer, Singing, and sometimes we go out with my Parents we go to other Places and sometimes every Sunday we go to the HOLY PLACES where the monk's stay and pray there and were we can BONDING with my parents and ask those monk's to pray for our health and good family relationship and good business and also pray for me to finish my studies and also to my brother =) and i always help my parents to their business everyday early in the morning i will be going with our workers to open our Store so that we can earn money and more costumer early the Business of my Parents was Rice And Corn Dealer and Wholesaler everyday i can encounter every king of costumer.
